1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or arrived incorrectly

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its packaging

Note:

  • Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, slight color or texture variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use

6. Shipping Returns
