1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or arrived incorrectly
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, in original condition, and in its packaging
Note:
- Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, slight color or texture variations are normal and are not considered defects.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at jane5317dps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable service
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use
6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit
